DIRECTIONS:
Kagyu Thegchen Ling
is located in the Nu‘uanu
Valley, just off the Pali Highway. Exit at Nuuanu Pali Drive (a right turn
coming from Honolulu, a left turn coming from Kāne‘ohe &
Kailua). Bear left at the fork in the road, which is Old Pali
Road. Gartley Place is the fourth left on Old Pali.
You can take
The Bus Route 4,
which starts in Waikīkī near Kapi‘olani
Park and runs through Waikīkī, Mō‘ili‘ili, the
University of Hawai‘i campus, Makiki/Punchbowl, Downtown and the Nu‘uanu
Valley. This is especially convenient as the bus route terminates just past
Gartley Place. Fare is currently $2.50. See
